Can I Cancel my Order?
You may cancel your order if it has not been processed yet, which is till the EOD of placing the order, as the order will get processed on the next business day. In case the order is cancelled before it has been processed your full amount will be refunded.
May I return or exchange my mattresses?
Mattresses can be returned or exchange under following conditions:
1. They reach to you in a damaged condition, with a manufacturing defect.
2. You think a wrong order has reached you.
3. You can return/exchange a mattress after 15 days and before 60 days after the mattress has reached you, if you feel the mattress is not proper for you.
4. The mattress can be returned/exchanged under the replacement guarantee terms of that particular mattress.
5. If in any of the above case, please contact our customer care service within 48 hours of receiving the item.
6. In any case of return, please make sure the item is in its original packing with all tags attached to it. Please keep your Bill and/or your order number with you as a proof of purchase.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double check the size of your bed before placing the order, as we cannot replace the purchases that were placed in wrong sizes. Please click here to know how to measure for your mattresses.
Returns and Exchanges of accessories:
1. If you change your mind after the accessories have arrived, we are glad to accept the returns/exchange within 21 days of you receiving the item.
2. For returns or exchange of accessories, the customer will be responsible for paying return freight, plus any restocking fee and the balance will be credited to your account respectively.
3. In case the accessories are damaged when you receive them you are eligible for either a replacement at no cost or the refund of your entire money.
4. In any case of return please make sure the item is in its original packing with all tags attached to it. Please keep your Bill and/or your order number with you as a proof of purchase.

2. The policies in effect on your date of purchase will remain in effect for your purchase.
3. You may be asked to supply photographs and other proofs of eligibility for free replacement or refund money.
